Sometimes we want to do prove more interesting things with a digital credential. For example, imagine that I want to join a cryptocurrency exchange that needs more complicated assurances about my identity. For example: it might require that I’m a US resident, but not a resident of New York State (which has its own regulations.) The site might also demand that I’m over the age of 25.
